ugh

The last three days have been no fun. I've had some kind of virus and I have felt awful! My heart has been racing and I've been shaky, etc...just no fun. I did go to the urgent care yesterday because I had to leave work because I felt so bad. I tried to get in with my doctor, but his nurse was horribly rude and I didn't feel like putting up with that. I'm changing doctors because this isn't the first time, but that's not the point.

They did blood work, and she said it's probably just a virus...so, she gave me some anti-nausea meds and sent me on my way. Needless to say, I slept until late today which was good. I feel better than I did, and hopefully will be 100% soon.

I also had my appointment with the cardiologist Wednesday and he has started me on Atenalol (sp) which will hopefully help with the palpitations, etc...I was getting it filled along with the other meds yesterday and the pharmacist informed me to make sure i take it at bedtime at least the first week-because it may cause me to feel so faint that my legs may feel like they can't hold me up...wow...that's comforting...hah oh well...
