Change is in the air...?!

Well, I feel like a bunch of stuff may be about to change. Starting with moving. No, I'm not moving out of Texas, just from this apartment to a beautiful house. We are renting, but will hopefully buy it early next year...there is the option on the table to do that, and as long as I can get some stuff in order, I think I probably will :) Which is super exciting!

One of the first things though that I need to get in order is my financial situation. I have gone to Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University and it's amazing...but I have yet to fully follow it...and with the change and fresh start of moving, I'm going to take the opportunity to start that plan full force. I really want to get all of my cc bills down/paid off and have savings. It's going to be SUPER hard, because I will be the first to admit that I am a true shop-a-holic...and this whole moving to a bigger place is making me want to buy buy buy....but I haven't...and I'm super proud of myself for that!

Work is going fine and i still love my job...there are a few things there that could possibly change, but that wouldn't be for quite awhile (late late this year, or next year) depending on different factors...but we are adding on and moving clinics around, etc...so we will see where that all ends up. :)

I've been fighting off some virus or something the last few days and finally lost to it yesterday after I got to work. I was soooo sick...I ended up calling in for today too...which sucks...but what can you do. I was put on a cardiac event monitor last week to monitor my heart for the next month (which I just realized I took off 4 hrs ago and didn't put back on...oops!) to see why I'm having some symptoms...hopefully it's nothing serious and we can figure it out.

Finally, I'm trying to figure out a name for an etsy shop and what kinds of stuff I want to look into selling. I've made a few things that friends, family, co-workers have reacted positively to, but we will see if that transfers over to an actual store...I'll post something here when I get that, and I'll probably even start a fb page and blog for it... :) who knows!

Well, I think that's all going on right now...I'm going to try and pack some books and smaller stuff here in my room to get a head start on packing...although it's not really a head start since we are planning to pick up the truck next Friday....oohhh...dang.
